Officially, youtube did not allow the download of video on their site, but this can be done by downloading a certain app called
tubemate.
Tubemate is an android application which can be use to
download video from any video hosting site like youtube, vimeo, dailymotion e.t.c.
This application is very easy to use. All you have to do is to download the
application, install and run it. Follow to step below
- Download the application here
- Install the app on your android phone
- Run the app
- Search for the video you want to download after the app has been opened
- Click on the video, on the upper right hand side you are going to find a green arrow
- Click on the arrow and choose the format you want to use to download the video and click download to start downloading the file.
